About Sanur Health Concierge | Who Arranges Your Bali Medical Check-Up
About Sanur Health Concierge
Sanur Health Concierge is an independent medical-travel
concierge and guide that arranges accredited full-body medical check-up
(MCU) packages in Bali’s Sanur health zone — end to end, in plain
English, with transparent pricing. We are the team behind
balimedicalcheckup.com. We are not a hospital, clinic or
laboratory: all clinical care, testing and any diagnosis is
delivered by licensed, accredited third-party facilities. Our single job
is to make a thorough preventive health screening in Bali simple, honest
and stress-free — from your first question to a GP-ready report in your
hands.
If you would rather skip ahead, you can arrange
your check-up here or message us on WhatsApp. Otherwise, this page
explains exactly who we are, who reviews our medical content, and the
standards we hold ourselves and the facilities we recommend to.
Who We Are — and What We Are
Not
Sanur Health Concierge is the boutique health-travel service of
Juara Holding Group (JHG), a Bali-based company. We
were created for one specific person: the expat, retiree, digital nomad
or traveller who wants a serious preventive health check while in Bali
but is understandably unsure where to go, what a check-up should
include, what it should cost, and whether the results will be usable
back home.
We solve that by acting as your concierge and
advocate, never as your clinician. Concretely, we:
- Match you to a suitable accredited clinic or
hospital in or near the KEK Sanur
health zone, based on your age, history and goals — not on who pays
us most. - Plan your screening into an efficient, logical
one-day flow that fits around your travel. - Insist on English-speaking doctors who explain your
results in language you understand. - Confirm an itemised, transparent quote up front,
with our hidden-cost checklist
so there are no surprises. - Deliver a clear, GP-ready report — digitally if you
have already flown home — so your own doctor and insurer can act on
it.
What we are not: we do not diagnose, treat,
prescribe or provide medical advice through this site or this service.
We do not perform tests or read your results. We do not own or operate
any hospital, and we never claim to. If you have urgent or worrying
symptoms, please contact a doctor or emergency services directly rather
than waiting for a screening — a check-up is for healthy people
screening for hidden risk, not a substitute for care.
This independence is deliberate. Because we have no facility of our
own to fill, we have no incentive to over-test you or push you toward
any single provider. Our reputation depends only on matching you well
and being straight with you about cost and quality. You can read how
that plays out in practice in our accreditation,
quality & trust guide.
Our Medical Advisor
Every package explainer, pricing guide and screening article on this
site is reviewed for medical accuracy by a named, credentialed
physician.
Dr. Anindita Wirahadi — Medical Advisor &
Preventive-Health Lead, Sanur Health Concierge.
- MD (Doctor of Medicine) — Faculty of Medicine,
Universitas Udayana, Bali. - MPH (Master of Public Health), Preventive Medicine
— University of Melbourne, Australia. - 14 years in internal and preventive medicine and
international-patient coordination across Bali and Jakarta private
hospitals. - Member, Indonesian Society of Internal Medicine (PAPDI /
Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Penyakit Dalam Indonesia).
Dr. Wirahadi’s focus is preventive medicine — the discipline of
catching silent risk factors (high blood pressure, raised glucose,
abnormal lipids, early cardiac and cancer signals) before they cause
harm. Her role on this site is editorial and advisory:
she reviews our content so that what you read about screening is
medically sound, appropriately hedged, and never overstated. She does
not provide diagnosis, treatment or personal medical
advice through this website, and reviewing this content does not create
a doctor–patient relationship.

(sec3.png / assets/img/advisor.webp). Before
public launch we replace any placeholder image with the real, consenting
advisor’s verified photograph, and we confirm every credential above is
current and documented (TODO-VERIFY: consenting, verifiable advisor and
photo before launch — a non-negotiable YMYL requirement).
Our Editorial &
Medical-Review Policy
Because health information is “Your Money or Your Life” (YMYL)
content, we hold this site to a stricter standard than a typical travel
website:
- Named, credentialed review. Medical and screening
content is reviewed by Dr. Anindita Wirahadi (above). Each page carries
her byline and, in the underlying schema, alastReviewed
date andreviewedByreference. - Screening, not diagnosis. We are consistent
everywhere: a check-up screens for risk; only a qualified
doctor can diagnose or treat. We never imply that a test result is a
diagnosis or that our service replaces clinical care. - Hedged, honest register. Where facts can change —
facility status, visa requirements, prices — we say “estimate,”
“indicative” or “verify before relying on this,” rather than presenting
moving targets as fixed. - Cited, checkable sources. Where we reference
standards or evidence, we point to authoritative bodies (for example
KARS and Joint Commission International for accreditation, and the World
Health Organization for screening principles) so you can check them
yourself. - No invented claims. We do not assert that a
specific facility holds a specific accreditation
unless it is verified and cited. We describe the provider landscape
neutrally and never impersonate any hospital. - Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it.
You can flag any inaccuracy via our contact page
and we will review and update.
How
We Vet Facilities — and One Authority Signal You Can Check Yourself
Our “accredited facilities” promise is only as good as the
verification behind it, so here is exactly how to check it independently
rather than taking our word for it.
The flagship of the Sanur health zone is Bali International
Hospital (BIH), developed within the KEK Sanur Special Economic
Zone and operated in collaboration with Mayo Clinic as
a knowledge partner — a publicly documented arrangement and a useful,
verifiable authority signal for the zone’s international-standard
ambitions (TODO-VERIFY current facility and partnership status
against official sources before launch). For accreditation itself,
two registries are public and checkable:
- KARS — Indonesia’s national hospital accreditation
body. You can confirm a hospital’s national accreditation at
kars.or.id. - Joint Commission International (JCI) — the global
standard many leading international hospitals pursue. JCI-accredited
organisations are listed at
jointcommissioninternational.org.
When we match you to a provider, we verify its accreditation against
these sources as part of the process — and we tell you what we found,
including anything we could not confirm. We treat the public KARS/JCI
registries as the authority of record, not our own say-so. The full
explainer is on our accreditation,
quality & trust page.
