You don’t need to have everything figured out (that’s our job), but
the more you can tell us, the faster and sharper our recommendation will
be. Helpful details to include:

  • Your rough age band and any family or personal
    history
    you’d like the check-up to account for (heart, cancer,
    diabetes, etc.). Not sure what’s relevant? Just say so — our Package & Cost Finder and
    our team will guide you.
  • Your dates in Bali — even approximate. A fasting
    blood panel usually needs an early-morning, empty-stomach start, so we
    plan around your arrival and travel.
  • What “done” looks like for you — a quick baseline,
    a thorough executive screen, a visa or pre-employment medical, or a
    specialty focus. See the package tiers and specialty screening

  • Where your report needs to go — your GP, an
    insurer, an employer or an immigration office — so we make sure the
    format and language are accepted back home.

None of this is required to start a conversation. A single line —
“I’m 52, in Bali next week, want a full check” — is plenty for us to
reply with a real plan.


Our Response-Time Promise

We aim to reply to every inquiry within one business
day
, usually much sooner via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is the fastest
channel and the one most of our visitors prefer; email inquiries through
the form are answered the same way, just sometimes a few hours later. If
you’re on a tight travel schedule, say so in your message and we’ll
prioritise getting you a workable plan quickly — including, where
facilities allow, same-week or next-day screening slots. Outside Bali
business hours we may reply the following morning (Bali is GMT+8 /
WITA), but we read every message and we never leave a genuine inquiry
unanswered.


Your Privacy & Medical Data

We take your privacy seriously, and on a medical site that is more
than a formality. Any health information you choose to share is used
only to match you to an appropriate facility and
arrange your screening. We don’t sell your data, we don’t add you to
marketing lists without your say-so, and we share details with a
facility only with your consent and only as much as is needed to
schedule your check-up.

A few practical safeguards worth knowing:

  • Share the minimum to start. To get matched and
    quoted, we usually only need a rough age, your goals and your dates —
    not your full medical records.
  • Don’t send sensitive records over unsecured
    channels.
    Please avoid emailing or messaging detailed medical
    histories or past results until we’ve confirmed a secure method with you
    — we’ll guide you on the safest way to send anything sensitive.
  • You stay in control. You can ask us at any time
    what we hold, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to share with a
    facility.

Are you a hospital or doctor I can get treatment
from?
No. Sanur Health Concierge is an independent
medical-travel concierge — we arrange and coordinate your screening at
accredited facilities, but all clinical care, testing and diagnosis is
provided by those facilities’ own licensed doctors. We don’t diagnose,
treat or give medical advice. For anything urgent, contact a doctor or
emergency services directly.
